In the late spring, I was driving home from our local coffee shop, when I saw the colors of the blooming flowers whizzing by in my peripheral. Upon returning home, I set out on a walk with my camera. I happened into a local garden, that contained many flowers, but the most interesting to me was a group of four purple alliums hanging together. This photo shows exactly how other forms of art influence my photography, as when I was editing this picture, the end result ended in a very painterly brush-stroked piece.
