By using this website or engaging Nico Amato for photography or print services, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms govern your use of this site and provide a general framework for how services are offered. Clients who book a session will also sign a separate service agreement, which governs the specifics of that engagement. Where the two documents conflict, the signed contract takes precedence.
USE OF THIS SITE
This site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate inquiries and art purchases. You agree not to:
-Use this site for any unlawful purpose
-Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this site without written permission
-Attempt to access any part of the site you are not authorized to access
-Misrepresent your identity or intentions when submitting an inquiry or booking request
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion.
Orders & Editions
All prints are sold as limited editions. Each edition is strictly capped, and once an edition sells out it will not be reprinted or reissued in that size. Edition numbers are assigned in the order purchased.
Prints are produced to order. Because each piece is individually printed, signed, and accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity, all sales are final once production has begun. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet started.
Each print ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity bearing a Hahnemühle hologram. This certificate establishes the provenance and edition number of your work and should be retained for any future sale or appraisal.
Please allow time for production and fulfillment. Estimated timelines are provided at the time of order and may vary depending on size, finish, and edition.
Copyright and Reproduction
All photographs by Nico Amato are the exclusive intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a print conveys ownership of that physical print only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any license to the underlying image.
Prints are sold for personal display and enjoyment. You may not reproduce, scan, photograph for distribution, or create derivative works from any print without prior written permission. Commercial use, licensing, or reproduction of any image requires a separate agreement with the artist.
Resale of an original print as a physical object is permitted. The accompanying Certificate of Authenticity should transfer with the work to preserve its provenance.
Site content
All written content, photography, and design elements on this site are owned by Nico Amato and protected by copyright. Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Nico Amato is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of any print. In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product directly related to the claim.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date below reflects the most recent review.

Shipping and Damage
Prints are carefully packaged for safe transit. In the rare event a print arrives damaged, contact the artist within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging, and a replacement will be arranged subject to edition availability.
