All photographs, images, and related materials appearing on this website or delivered by Nico Amato / Nicholas Amato ("the Photographer") are original works protected under United States copyright law and applicable international treaties. Copyright in all such works is owned exclusively by Nicholas Amato and is retained by the Photographer at all times. Delivery, display, or possession of any image does not transfer ownership of copyright.

Reserved Rights

Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, all rights are reserved. No image may be reproduced, printed, published, distributed, transmitted, sold, licensed, sub-licensed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of the Photographer.

Permitted Use of Delivered Images

Where images have been delivered to a subject, client, or model, and no separate written license states otherwise, delivery conveys a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission for personal, non-commercial digital use only. This permission includes personal viewing and sharing of the delivered digital files in their original, unaltered form.

The following are expressly prohibited unless authorized in a separate written license:

Printing or producing any physical reproduction of any image;

Commercial use of any kind, including advertising, promotion, or sale;

Editing, cropping, filtering, or otherwise altering any image;

Removal or alteration of any watermark, credit, or embedded metadata;

Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing to any third party;

Use of any image to train, develop, or input into any artificial intelligence or machine learning system.

Attribution

Where images are shared in any permitted context, attribution to Nico Amato is requested and appreciated.

Licensing Inquiries

Additional uses, including print, commercial, or editorial licensing, may be available by written request. All license requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the Photographer's discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, and no license is effective unless and until issued in writing by the Photographer. To inquire, contact nico@nicoamato.com.

Enforcement

Unauthorized use of any image constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and, where applicable, criminal liability. The Photographer reserves all rights and remedies available under law.
